We strive to be as upfront as possible with our reservation policies. Please call us at 907-524-3951 prior to making the reservation if you have any questions or concerns about the policies listed below. 

Reservations— are guaranteed upon payment and receipt of your Reservation Confirmation email.

A hotel room, like an airline seat, is considered a ‘perishable’ commodity, for this reason (and due to our small size and the seasonal / resort nature of our business) we are unable to issue refunds for cancellations (or changes) that do not meet our cancellation/change policy. Thank you in advance for your understanding. 

Rates—All rates based upon occupancy stated on reservation page. Rates do not include 10% Lodging Tax. Rates are subject to change without notice. Reservations placed for the next calendar year are subject to the room rate at the time of check-in.

ALL RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE

Group Reservation—The person making the reservations, will be our contact person for your group’s reservation.

Check In/Check Out

• Check-in—3:00 PM. Please advise of early or late check-in so that special arrangements may be made.
• Check out—10:00 AM. There may be an extra charge for late checks out; please inquire in advance.

Children— Your child’s safety is our utmost concern. For this reason and for the comfort of our guests, we require all children under 12 to be supervised at all times.

Pets— We love pets, but sorry no pets are allowed in rooms or on Hotel grounds (this includes parking areas). Please note: Service dogs will be accepted into specific rooms/suites. All animals must be under control and housebroken. 

Smoking—Welcome outdoors in our courtyard.  A $500 cleaning fee will be charged for any indoor smoking.

Please Note That We Have Free Wifi in each of our rooms and suites.

CancellationPolicy

TERMS OF BOOKING: Your bookings are completely refundable up until 7 days prior to check-in date. Cancellations BEFORE this date are subject to a $25 cancellation fee per room cancelled. Cancellations AFTER this time are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the first night’s room rate. To cancel a booking or to request a refund contact us at 907-524-3951. Currently, no change fees will be assessed.
